Hank Jonap is a seasoned real estate and expansion strategist with over 15 years of leadership in urban and hospitality-driven property growth. Based in New York City, Hank previously served as Vice President of Real Estate at Blueground where he oversaw site acquisition, strategic relationship, and expansion across the U.S.. Prior to Blueground, he was the Head of Real Estate at Breather, directing multi-city rollouts and sourcing over 500 flexible workspace locations in New York City and Nationally. Earlier in his career, Hank held underwriting and operations roles at SL Green Realty in Manhattan, evaluating more than 100 million square feet of commercial space.

At Life Space Digital, Hank leads site strategy and rollout to scale a nationwide network of high-traffic digital media venues in commercial & residential real estate environments.
